Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Able to achieve goals on time and contributing the work in process according to capabilities.
Duties comprises lead all the procedure flow according to the decided and assigned plan.
Making sure supervise, training and lead the assigned line supervisors and incharges.
Ensure that the garment is produced within the decided cost and accomplish the target on time with quality protocols sort out.
Cooperate with all relevant stakeholders to fulfil the regular manufacture aims, make sure line balancing according to monthly and daily targets, and examine materials, goods or equipment to identify malfunctions or defects.

Eligibility Criteria:
