Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Ensure customer satisfaction by rectifying their queries and concerns as per their policies.
Coordinate with technical department for getting market feedback.
Monitoring and efficient operations of warranty and delivering training assistance to dealers for progress.
Building effective relationships with dealers and take measure for efficient operations.
Ensure lube and parts obtainability within the area.
Achievement of KPIs in form of Yamalube and network, parts sales, activities as per in MBO.
Outline grey line and take action to enhance to accomplish aims.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must have DAE/ B Tech in Automobile, Mechanical or any relevant field from any reputed university.
At least 2 – 4 years of experience in similar roles in relevant industry.
Expertise in using Microsoft Office.
Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
