Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Accountable in execution and maintenance of QA initiatives and processes that make sure the protection and quality food products.
Track and asses product quality from in-store operations, sellers and customer responses.
Assist in modifying and creating SOPs for food monitoring goods receiving & store procedures.
Perform routine audits of stores to make sure compliance with hygiene and food safety protocols.
Communicate with store managers to classify and rectify any quality queries.
Make and keep records of audits, examinations and accurate actions engaged.
Coordinate with sellers to make sure all incoming products fulfil need of quality standards.
Perform seller audits to make sure obey to quality, protect and sustainability protocols.
Support in rectifying quality concerns with sellers in collaboration with supply chain and buying team member.
Make sure compliance as per national and local food safety rules and certifications.
Stay informed on any modifications in food safety standards and procedures and discuss essential changes to team.
Provide training to store team on sanitization, food safety and quality control protocols.
Evaluate quality performance information to recognize trends and spaces for enhancement.
Collaborate with cross-functional team members like supply chain, operations, procurement to execute procedure enhancements.
Advise and recommend of implementation of tactics for reliability, less reduction and enrich product constantly.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology or any relevant field from any reputed university.
At least 3 – 5 years of experience in similar roles in relevant industry.
Expertise in using Microsoft Office.
Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
