Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Gain direct customers as desirable.
- Obtain product information and practice it to support customers by replying queries about any certain product benefits and features.
- Support manager with price assessments used for buying choices.
- Perform product dealings.
- Support with consumer returns as required.
- Consumption of problem-solving abilities to rectify customer queries.
- Collaborate and provide training Sales Representatives to deliver the greatest probable customer experience.
- Generate sales and design limited-time offers to consumers.
- Get feedback from customers and convey that data to upper management.
- Constant learning to keep existing product and service information.
- Train sales personnel, mentor, and coach them to help them reach their potential
- Cooperate with the sales team to keep stock level replenish as per demand.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing from any reputed university.
- At least have 3 – 4 years of experience in relevant industry.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Expertise in MS Office.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
